With our most flexible plan (monthly), you can decide when to pause and resume the plan. This way, you only pay Supafast when you have work available.

With our quarterly or annual plan, you still save thousands of euros compared to a permanent employee.

New deliveries can be expected within days of request. For small jobs, this means one finished design; more complex designs are split into milestones (sprints) and delivered accordingly.

There is no limit on the amount of requests. The moment you subscribe you can add as many to your queue as you like, and they will be delivered one by one.

If you are not satisfied with the delivery you can ask to revise the design. We will  continue to work on the design until you’re 100% satisfied.(*)

Most of our clients choose to work with us because they expect continuous work for their business. So if you only need one or two small designs, you are probably better off with a freelancer or even an agency.

When you choose the monthly plan and you don’t have enough design work to fill up an entire month, you can pause the subscription.

Billing cycle for the monthly plan is based on a 31 day period. So, if you signup and use the service for 14 days and then decide to pause the subscription, there are 17 days of service remaining to be used in the future. (**)

Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued. If you are not satisfied with the delivery you can ask to revise the design until you’re 100% satisfied.(*)
